On the tee: AT&T National

What a difference a year makes. The inaugural AT&T National was one of the most hyped events on the 2007 calendar. This year, the mood is quite different. With tournament host Tiger Woods out for the season, the second installment has less of the luster. Only 18 of the top 50 players in the world are turning out this week at Congressional Country Club -- certainly one of the finest courses on the PGA Tour circuit.
